Handshook install codes can be redeemed in the mobile app itself on iOS or Android, and on our web app depending on your needs.
Step 1) Purchase install codes from our pricing page or an authorized partner.
Step 2) Download the app for iOS or Android.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HANDSHOOK ACCOUNT:
Step 3) Tap “Enter install code”, paste in your install code, and follow registration instructions.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A HANDSHOOK ACCOUNT WITH AN EXISTING OR EXPIRING LICENSE:
Step 3) Tap the “Gear” icon in the app to access the settings and tap the “Install Code” link. Paste your install code here.
TO MANAGE TEAMS WITH MULTIPLE USERS/INSTALL CODES OR STACK INSTALL CODES:
Step 3) Sign into the web portal https://admin.handshook.app with your email and password.
Step 4) Here you’ll be able to view your install codes, issue codes to people on your team, add more codes, and link additionally purchased codes to your admin account.
