How To Scan Business Cards Directly to Microsoft Excel from Handshook with Zapier

Nothing kills your team’s productivity faster than tedious data entry of prospect, leads, or MQLs collected from business cards or event badges into Excel Spreadsheets or your CRM.

With the apps and integration listed in this tutorial, you’ll be able to scan physical business cards, digital business cards (like Popl, HiHello, and Blinq), and event badges to capture leads or get new connections, and send them directly into Office 365 and Microsoft Excel in near real-time without any additional data entry.

What you’ll need:

  1. Handshook – Download for iOS or Android
  2. Zapier Account
  3. Office 365 & Microsoft Excel
